The WCOT’s Recommended Hotels in Palangka Raya for The 16th World Subud Congress in Kalimantan
The below are a series of carefully selected hotels for the upcoming Subud World Congress. These have been chosen for their quality, amenities, convenience, and ability to cater to the diverse needs of all attendees.
It's important to note that the programme will take place in two different venues: the Swiss-Belhotel for five days, followed by Rungan Sari for four days (located 31 km north of the Swiss-Belhotel, approximately 45 minutes by bus), and finally returning to the city in Swiss-Belhotel for the last two days.
Most of the recommended accommodation will be in hotels located within the city, however there are also alternative options for those who prefer to stay near Rungan Sari and its surrounding area.
Transportation
The WCOT will provide transportation from the recommended hotels and Rungan Sari to the Swiss-Belhotel on July 19-23 and July 28-29, as well as transportation to Rungan Sari on July 24-27.
Note: Keep in mind that while Palangka Raya has many other hotels throughout the city, the transportation shuttle system arranged by the WCOT will only service the recommended hotels below. If you opt for different accommodation, but still want to use the WCOT transportation system, you will need to arrange your own transportation to one of the recommended hotels in the city to catch the provided buses.

To book your accommodation in Palangka Raya, you can use recommended local travel websites such as Agoda, Tiket.com, Traveloka, and Booking.com, or you can book directly with the travel websites available in your country.
The period for booking with the Congress Accommodation Team has officially closed.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
If you booked through our Congress Accommodation platform (CAT), you may cancel your booking any time before April 30 and receive a full refund minus the cost of transaction fees. We will not be able to refund any bookings cancelled after that date.

More hotels may be added in the future as the WCOT secures additional deals with local hotels.
Limited booking period: January 28 - April 30
The CAT (Congress Accommodation Team) will only be able to support bookings during this period. Any bookings outside of this limited booking period will have to be done by Subud members directly with hotels or through booking travel sites.
Limited supply: The team suggests that interested Subud members book their accommodation as soon as possible, given hotel capacities are limited.
